- All JK Boots Warehouse purchases are final. These boots are sold as is. As these boots are sold as is, they are ineligible for an exchange or return.

- All JK Boots Warehouse purchases are final and come with no Warranty.
- If I see a sale on JK Boots, does that mean the promotion would also apply to any Warehouse Boot purchases?
- All boots for sale at JK Boots Warehouse have been discounted. No sales or promotions that are current and available on JK Boots will apply to purchases from JK Warehouse.

- Will JK Boots repair the defect before shipping my Warehouse boot purchase?
- JK Boots will not repair boots purchased from our Warehouse deals site before shipping. However, after you've purchased and received your boots, you are more than welcome to purchase a repair service from JK Boots. We do not offer discounts on repair services for boots purchased from our Warehouse deals site.
- How quickly will my order from JK Boots Warehouse ship?
- All boot purchases will ship within 1 - 5 business days via the shipper and at the speed chosen during checkout. The shipping speed you select does not equate to the amount of time until your boots arrive. If you select 2 business day shipping, then it's reasonable to expect your boots to be shipped and delivered to your door within 3 - 7 business days (1 - 5 business days to fulfill your order and then 2 business days to arrive). Please know that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, as these are beyond our control.
- What all comes in the box with my boots?
- We package your boots nicely and include basic welcome documentation, leather laces, and tongue guards in brown, black, or redwood. The tongue guards sent will be the color that most closely matches the color of your boots.
